HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN?

You can return any new, undamaged item within 10 days of delivery. Please head over to https://the-fete.returnly.com/ and enter your email address to start your return.

From there you will receive a prepaid UPS shipping label which you can use to mail the item(s) back to us in a securely packed box. Items MUST be returned in original packaging.

Please note a $5 return shipping / restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment and can take up to 2 weeks for you to see the credit in your account.  

WAIT, WHERE IS MY RETURN SLIP / RECEIPT?

The Fête does not include return slips or receipts in your package. You must go through the above process to return your items.

EXCHANGES


HOW DO I PLACE AN EXCHANGE?

You can exchange any new, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. Please head over to https://the-fete.returnly.com/  and enter your email address to start your exchange.

From there you will receive a prepaid UPS shipping label which you can use to mail the item(s) back to us in a securely packed box. Items MUST be returned in original packaging.

Please note a $5 return shipping / restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Once you move through the returns steps online, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund. The Instant Refund will be equal to the value of your returns and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away, rather than wait for a credit card refund.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A GIFT?

Email us at hello@wearethefete.com and we’ll handle the exchange for you (discreetly).

HELP! MY ITEM IS DAMAGED

If you believe your jewelry has a defect you may return it to us at any time within the first six-months after purchase. We will repair or replace your jewelry as deemed appropriate if the damage is due to a manufacturing error.  Please note this does not cover normal wear & tear, cuts and scratches.

If your piece has broken outside of the warranty period, please send us an email and we will assess the cost of fixing and/or replacing it on a case-by-case basis.
