HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
We want you to feel comfortable wearing your jewelry every day!
That said, we recommend removing it during swimming and rigorous activities.
If your pieces have enamel, you should avoid excessive heat or cold as the enamel can crack.
It is normal for your jewelry to get tiny scratches on it from frequent wear. We recommend storing your jewelry in our pouch when you’re not wearing it.
Be 100% certain that your hoop earrings are completely secured before wearing them.
Clean your jewelry with warm water and detergent-free soap using a soft-bristled brush.
HOW DO I ATTACH MORE CHARMS TO MY BRACELET OR NECKLACE?
Email us ( email@example.com ) and we will send you a shipping label to mail your item back to us. We will attach the new charm(s) and send it right back to you.
HELP! MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
If you believe your jewelry has a defect you may return it to us at any time within the first six-months after purchase. We will repair or replace your jewelry as deemed appropriate if the damage is due to a manufacturing error. Please note this does not cover normal wear & tear, cuts and scratches.

If your piece has broken outside of the warranty period, please send us an email and we will assess the cost of fixing and/or replacing it on a case-by-case basis.
